Job summary

ID+A is seeking an experienced Account Executive, Interior Construction to develop business with architectural and design firms, general contractors, and project influencers in the Bowling Green market and surrounding area.

This role drives sales of interior construction products and solutions, including glass fronts, prefabricated interior walls, casework, and sound masking. Travel throughout Kentucky is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of B2B construction or architectural product sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery.
• Established network in architectural/design and general contractor communities is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Teams, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Flexible, collaborative, and able to adapt to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales and profitability goals for interior construction products.
• Develop and nurture relationships with architects, designers, general contractors, and project influencers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and design ecosystem.
• Plan, schedule, and deliver compelling presentations to project teams and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ID+A’s full suite of solutions into client projects.
• Prepare, revise, and produce proposals and contracts tailored to project requirements.
• Maintain and update CRM with client profiles, project forecasts, and leads.
• Uphold the ID+A Fulfillment Process and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
