Job summary

Facade Today in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced interior architect for a full-time, on-site role. You will conceptualize, design, and execute creative interior spaces for residential and commercial projects, with a strong emphasis on custom millwork and bespoke detailing.

You will create architectural drawings, space plans, and construction documents, supervise fit-outs, and coordinate with contractors to ensure the design vision is realized on time and within budget for high-end projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Architecture and Interior Architecture.
• Knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials and construction methods.
• Experience in construction documents.
• Proven experience in millwork detailing and joinery.
• Strong attention to detail with an innovative design approach.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or SketchUp.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

The role focuses on high-end residential/commercial projects with a heavy emphasis on custom millwork and bespoke detailing.The role involves space planning, creating architectural drawings, overseeing interior fit-outs, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring projects align with the design vision and client expectations. Collaboration with the creative team and adherence to project deadlines will also be key components of this position.
