Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and hughly detailed Project Architect and Interior Designer for a position based on-site in Miami, FL. The Project Architect will oversee architectural designs, high end interiors and coordinate projects with a focus on sustainable practices, and ensure the delivery of high-quality submittals.

Responsibilities include working directly with principals and utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools, managing project timelines, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members. Should be experienced enough to manage prohects independently and produce accurate and detailed construction documents.

The role requires collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams to lead projects from conception to completion while adhering to environmental and architectural standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design and Building Information Modeling (BIM) min 2 years professional experience
• Experience in creating and managing submittals
• Strong Project Management skills with the ability to oversee timelines, code reuirements, and team coordination
• Knowledge and experience with local Florida byilding and zoning codes, ADA and NFOA. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Construction Adminstration experience on the jobsite preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline
• Familiarity with sustainable and climate-resilient design principles
