Major, Lindsey & Africa’s corporate client is seeking an experienced Technology Contracts Manager to work with their procurement team on an interim basis.

Overview: Interim Technology Contracts Manager

Company: Domestic US Airline

Experience: 5+ years experience

Location: Fully Remote

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial reviews of technology contracts, including professional services, SaaS, and infrastructure agreements.
• Identify and escalate sensitive issues as necessary.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure favorable outcomes for the corporation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on a thorough understanding of the underlying technology and relevant laws.
• Effectively spot issues and address them proactively.

Qualifications:

• Attorneys, JDs and non-attorney Contracts Managers will be considered.
• 5+ years of proven experience in negotiating technology contracts.
• Demonstrated understanding of legal issues related to technology, including professional services, SaaS, and infrastructure.
• Express willingness to perform initial reviews of low-risk contracts and escalate issues as needed.

Pay Rate: $80
