Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead in Fultondale, AL. You will help ensure an outstanding customer experience, supervise store crew, and support front-end operations during peak periods.

You will also take on Manager on Duty responsibilities, oversee cash handling, merchandising, and floor cleanliness while driving sales and controlling expenses. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Creative thinking to optimize store operations and customer experience.
• Maintain composure under pressure in a busy store.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and wow customers with a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Train crew on customer service best practices.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty during shifts when needed.
• Open or close the store and ensure secure cash handling.
