Qualifications

• Experience with SEC filings and external reporting for public companies.
• Strong technical accounting background under US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file SEC reports and registration statements.
• Support financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and related SEC disclosures.
• Develop accounting policies aligned with US GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Provide guidance on complex transactions and capital markets reporting.
