Public company accounting and SEC reporting experience required.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate complex accounting guidance.

Responsibilities

Support the preparation, review, and filing of SEC reports and registration statements.
Assist with financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and related SEC disclosures.
Provide support for transaction-related and capital markets reporting requirements.
Research and evaluate complex technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP and SEC guidance.
Prepare technical accounting memoranda documenting positions, conclusions and recommendations.
Develop, review, and update corporate accounting policies and procedures for GAAP and SEC alignment.
Coordinate with external auditors and outside advisors on SEC reporting and conclusions.
Support quarterly and annual reporting processes and related projects.
