Copperas Hollow Nursing is seeking an Interim Director of Nursing to lead nursing services in a Texas long-term care setting. The role focuses on compliance, care quality, and staff development, with hands-on clinical oversight.

Mansioni

• Oversee all nursing services ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and manage nursing staff; assign duties and support staff development.
• Provide direct support to nursing staff to maintain quality care and continuity on the floor.
• Approve department payroll and maintain fiscal responsibility within budgets.
• Collaborate with physicians, medical directors, and therapy staff to develop individualized care plans.
