Mansioni

• Oversee nursing services in compliance with company policies, and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and manage nursing staff; assign duties and support staff development.
• Provide direct support to nursing staff as needed to maintain quality care.
• Approve department payroll and maintain fiscal responsibility within budget guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, medical directors, and therapy staff to develop individualized care plans.
