Creative Solutions in Healthcare - West is seeking an Interim Director of Nursing (DON) in Texas. This leadership role focuses on maintaining compliance, elevating care quality, and supporting residents and nursing staff.

The DON will lead with strong clinical expertise in long-term care operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in nursing management, geriatric care, and restorative approaches, capable of guiding staff through regulatory requirements and care plan

Competenze

• Must hold an RN license in Texas.
• Proven leadership in nursing management and clinical operations.
• Geriatric nursing experience with restorative care focus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking.
• Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance.

• Oversee nursing services in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Lead, hire, train, and evaluate nursing staff; assign duties and develop staff.
