Qualificações

• Licensed RN in state (Texas) with active license.
• Proven leadership in nursing management and clinical operations.
• Geriatric nursing experience and restorative care mindset.
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking.
• In‑depth knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee nursing services in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and manage nursing staff; assign duties and support staff development.
• Provide direct support to nursing staff to maintain quality care and continuity.
• Approve department payroll and maintain fiscal responsibility within budget guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, medical directors, and therapy staff to develop care plans for residents.
• Ensure proper charting and documentation in line with care standards.
• Confirm nursing department has tools and resources needed to provide top-tier care.
• Offer ongoing training and development to improve staff competencies and resident outcomes.
