e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Regulatory Affairs professional to support international cosmetic registrations and market requests. This role will establish regulatory overviews, document processes, and collaborate across product development, claims review, packaging compliance, and sustainability.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in cosmetic regulatory affairs with a BS in science, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a hybrid work environment in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in cosmetic regulatory affairs.
• BS degree or higher in science.
• Knowledge of color cosmetics and skin care regulations.
• Understanding of international regulatory frameworks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort with web-based databases and submission portals.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
• Self-motivated with multitasking ability.

Responsabilités

• Support product registrations and notifications with global partners.
• Collaborate with consultants, distributors, and manufacturers to meet requirements.
• Gather regulatory information on upcoming cosmetics regs and act cross-functionally.
• Assist with EPR registration and reporting needs.
• Answer regulatory questions from retailers.
• Monitor new regulations and participate in trade association committees.
