Job summary

AS Beauty Group is seeking an experienced Manager, Regulatory Affairs to lead day-to-day regulatory activities across our cosmetics portfolio, from development through post-launch compliance.

You will coordinate product information files, registrations, testing, and documentation, partnering with manufacturers, suppliers, and external labs to ensure timely, accurate submissions and ongoing compliance across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Chemistry, Biology, Cosmetic Science, or a related field preferred.
• 5–7+ years of regulatory affairs or related cosmetic/beauty industry experience.
• Experience with cosmetic regulatory documentation, product registrations, and PIFs.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international registrations with manufacturers and partners.
• Experience with cosmetic testing labs and suppliers.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills; capable of multi-project handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory documentation and PIFs for new and existing products.
• Coordinate domestic and international product registrations and renewals.
• Coordinate product testing, stability, and ingredient list approvals.
• Serve as regulatory liaison with manufacturers, laboratories, and external partners.
• Support regulatory programs for retailers, MoCRA submissions, and certifications.
• Maintain regulatory trackers, databases, and documentation; improve processes.
