Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Affairs professional to support international cosmetic registrations and market requests, establishing regulatory overviews and documenting processes across notification and registration.

The role collaborates across product development, claims review, packaging compliance, EPR and sustainability, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners. This hybrid role requires 1–3 years in cosmetics regulatory affairs, a science degree,

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in the cosmetic industry in a Regulatory Affairs role.
• Science background required (BS degree or higher).
• Understanding international cosmetics regulatory requirements, including labeling, notification/registration, product claims, and packaging.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong teamwork and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Support product registration and notification for all e.l.f. Beauty brands, interfacing with India, GCC, EU, UK, Australia and Mexico partners.
• Collaborate with consultants, distributors and manufacturers to ensure all compliance requirements are met and registrations/notifications are completed according to brand timelines.
• Assist Regulatory Manager with gathering information on upcoming cosmetic, OTC and packaging related regulations, and collaborating cross-functionally to execute actions needed.
• Assist with registration and reporting needs for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).
• Assist with Regulatory related questions from retailers regarding e.l.f. Beauty products.
• Assist with monitoring new regulations and amendments; participate in trade association committees.
