Job summary

The Branson School is seeking an Interim Registrar to manage the lifecycle of academic data from enrollment to grading and state reporting. You will be the primary administrator for the Blackbaud SIS, ensuring transcripts, schedules, and graduation requirements are accurate while supporting the College Counseling and Athletics departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced proficiency in Blackbaud (K-12) or a similar SIS is essential.
• Calendar management with rigid deadlines (UC/state filings) is needed.
• Attention to detail in grading scales and transcripts.
• Strong communication and collaboration with Deans and faculty.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle of academic data from enrollment to grading and state reporting.
• Serve as the primary administrator for the Blackbaud SIS and ensure transcript and schedule accuracy.
• Support College Counseling and Athletics departments with transcripts and schedules.
• Coordinate with Communications for report card notifications and regional lists.
