Job summary

The Interim Registrar at The Branson School will manage the lifecycle of academic data, from enrollment and course scheduling to grading and state reporting. You will be the primary administrator for the Blackbaud SIS, ensuring transcripts, schedules, and graduation requirements are accurate while supporting College Counseling and Athletics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced proficiency in Blackbaud (K-12) or a similar SIS.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of academic data from enrollment to graduation requirements.
• Serve as the primary administrator for the Blackbaud SIS and ensure transcripts and schedules are accurate.
• Coordinate with College Counseling and Athletics departments.
• Lead annual grading cycles and reporting (GPA, transcripts, and state reporting).
• Prepare and file the Private School Affidavit and support regulatory surveys.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Head of Academics / Dean of Faculty on new initiatives.
