Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification as Radiologic Technologist or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiography program.
• Nebraska Medical Radiographer license is required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate radiologic technologists and support staff to ensure efficient department operations.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic imaging services.
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to optimize patient throughput and reduce wait times.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for staff to promote professional development and high-quality care.
• Address operational issues, patient concerns, and staff conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Assist in implementing new technologies, policies, and procedures to improve departmental performance.
