Job summary

Winnebago Comprehensive Healthcare System in Winnebago, NE is seeking a Radiology Imaging Manager to lead the Radiology department. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, coordinate exams, and drive service excellence. Strong leadership, radiology experience, and knowledge of PACS/RIS are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current Radiologic Technologist license.
• ARRT certification in Radiography and CT.
• BLS required.
• Minimum 3 years radiology experience.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and imaging workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational, financial, and personnel activities of Radiology.
• Perform X-ray and CT procedures as needed for patient care.
• Lead meetings, strategic planning and lean projects.
• Ensure service excellence and patient experience.
• Manage department budget and resource planning.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
• Maintain QA/QC programs, ALARA practices, and safety.
• Coordinate exams within the department and with other teams.
• Ensure documentation, policy ownership, and survey readiness.
• Prepare staff schedules including on-call coverage.
