Job summary

Regional West Medical Services seeks an Interim Diagnostic Radiology Supervisor in SCOTTSBLUFF, NE. You will lead the radiology department, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging with a strong emphasis on patient safety and satisfaction.

You’ll supervise technologists and support staff, coordinate workflow, and maintain regulatory compliance while promoting professional development and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiography program.
• Nebraska Medical Radiographer license required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise radiologic technologists and support staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with radiologists to provide accurate and timely imaging services.
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to minimize wait times.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for staff.
• Address operational issues and staff conflicts promptly.
• Assist in implementing new technologies, policies, and procedures.
