Job summary

Regional West in Scottsbluff, NE is seeking a Clinical Support Manager RN to provide operational oversight, staff development, quality improvement, and patient safety leadership across physician clinic practices.

You will serve as a clinical leader, mentor, and educator—coaching teams, leading huddles, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring regulatory standards and best practices are followed.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Nebraska RN license or ability to obtain.
• 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience; leadership preferred.
• Ambulatory care or physician clinic experience preferred; regulatory compliance experience.
• Current BLS certification; compact license accepted for out-of-state candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality, education, and clinical support initiatives across physician clinics.
• Mentor nursing and clinical staff; drive patient safety and outcomes.
• Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary teams; oversee operations.
