Real Radiology is seeking an Operations Director to lead and optimize end-to-end operations in Omaha, NE. You will drive cross-functional collaboration among radiologists, technologists, and clients to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, hands-on problem solving, and strong data-driven decision making, with oversight of Training, Quality, Scheduling, and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field; professional experience may substitute.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Radiology field experience preferred; radiologic technologist background valued.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational functions with accountability and service excellence.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, quality standards, and reliable execution.
• Maintain knowledge of radiology workflows across radiologist and technologist teams.
• Protect patient data and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Analyze KPI trends and translate insights into improvements.
• Collaborate with executives on strategic planning and priorities.
• Engage with clients to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Support staff development, performance reviews, and hiring processes.
