Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Special Imaging Supervisor to oversee Diagnostic Radiology/Interoperative procedures including CT, MRI, US, IR, and Nuclear Medicine. Qualifications

• 3 years of recent hospital Xray/Radiology experience.
• 2 years of recent Supervisor experience.
• ARRT certifications and related registrations are required.
• Ability to train staff and lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversees imaging service delivery, ensuring quality, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
• Schedules staff, monitors resources, and adjusts staffing to meet needs.
• Trains new staff and conducts performance evaluations; mentors team.
• Partners with management to develop department budget and equipment needs.
• Promotes service excellence and patient satisfaction; ensures standards are met.
• Acts as liaison with physicians and other departments to implement solutions.
• Ensures compliance with JCAHO, TDH, and accrediting bodies.
• Coordinates patient safety initiatives and employee engagement activities.
