Foremost at Sharon in Sharon, MA is seeking an Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility and ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance. You will oversee operations, budgeting, staffing, and care plan development, while collaborating with department leaders to maintain a positive work environment.

Ideal candidate will hold an LNHA license in Massachusetts, have relevant administration experience, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in MA.
• 1 year of experience in a nursing home administration role, preferably skilled nursing.
• Strong leadership and management abilities to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, staff, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with focus on quality and satisfaction.
