Catawiki is hiring a CS International Representative based in Lisbon for a 7-month interim contract. You will engage with buyers and sellers, resolve disputes, and handle inquiries across chat, email, phone and social channels.

This position is for an interim fixed‑term 7‑month contract (starting September 2026), with possible extension depending on performance and business needs.
At Catawiki, you have the opportunity to engage and delight our broad variety of customers (Sellers and Buyers) by solving complex challenges and managing disputes and complaints. You will ensure customer queries are addressed and resolved in a correct and timely manner across diverse channels (chat, email, phone, social media). When a dispute arises between a seller and a buyer, you will mediate and find a solution that works for both parties.
The customer service department plays an essential role in Catawiki, as our customer service representatives ensure that customers return to our platform regularly, thereby directly helping grow the business. The department is also a crucial link between departments, working closely with Sales, our Experts and other teams to improve the overall customer experience. Through their close customer contact, CS brings valuable feedback for service improvements.
You are motivated by providing delight to our customers, can communicate clearly, and excellent customer support is your main goal. You will try your utmost to find fitting solutions to all problems, with patience and empathy.

We offer a competitive Annual Gross Base Salary of €18,000–€23,000, depending on your level, competencies, and overall experience.
Our vibrant offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon are designed to inspire collaboration. Most Catawikians operate in a hybrid set‑up, combining office‑based and remote work, with a minimum of two days per week in the office, unless a role is explicitly stated as fully remote or fully office‑based.
