Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks an Interim IT Director to lead a major technology transformation, stabilize IT operations, and implement sustainable governance practices. The role spans 9–12 months and focuses on aligning resources with priorities while maintaining critical IT services.

You will oversee departmental operations, supervise managers and staff, and drive culture change to improve accountability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 8+ years leading organizational transformation and service delivery optimization.
• 8+ years leading large, complex technology projects.
• 8+ years of personnel management, coaching, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for departmental operations and supervise staff at all levels.
• Establish performance expectations and monitor outcomes.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and governance improvements.
• Stabilize IT services and ensure continuity during transition.
• Develop and monitor priorities with executive leadership.
• Coordinate budgets and resource allocation with senior leaders.
