Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager - Project Lead - Interim Assistant IT Director to lead IT operations on a full-time basis. The role is fully onsite, with after-hours support as needed, and offers potential conversion to a permanent position.

You will oversee infrastructure, applications, and helpdesk services, manage vendor relationships, and participate in security and compliance activities within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive IT experience managing complex information technology functions.
• 3+ years of full-time supervisory experience in an IT environment.
• Experience managing IT services delivered through managed service providers with SLA oversight.
• Leadership in cybersecurity operations: incident response, vulnerability management, risk assessment.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure, applications, and helpdesk services; manage vendors to performance standards.
• Serve as primary operations liaison to statewide shared-services providers.
• Participate in Information Security Team with incident response and risk assessment.
• Support access control reviews, audits, and policy compliance.
• Oversee enterprise system integrations with SAP and third-party interfaces.
• Track contract renewals, assist with procurement and budget monitoring, annual audit and reporting.
• Supervise, develop, and direct IT staff as a member of the IT Division leadership team.
• Monitor and perform rotating after-hours work to address incidents and maintenance.
