Job summary

Padagis LLC seeks an experienced technology and people leader to direct our IT organization at the VP level. Based in the US, this role can be remote from other locations.

You will lead the IT strategy, governance, operations, security, and vendor management while ensuring regulatory compliance and business alignment. Candidates should have 15+ years of IT leadership in regulated industries, SAP experience, and a proven record in M&A integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in regulated industries; include Senior Director+.
• Experience delivering IT solutions enabling growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of the IT strategy and roadmap.
• Ensure IT initiatives align with business goals and objectives.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, security, applications, and systems.
• Manage IT budget, resources, vendors, and contracts.
• Oversee migrations and integrations of acquired systems.
• Establish IT policies, standards, and best practices.
