Job summary

Victory Programs Inc. in Boston is seeking an Interim Intake Coordinator to manage the Intake Department for the Recovery Services Division, overseeing referrals, screening and admitting clients in compliance with agency standards.

The role involves staff supervision, daily operations, coordination with program staff, and outreach to community partners to maintain referrals and occupancy. On-site, Monday–Friday, $65,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health and/or substance use assessment requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of human services experience.
• Strong computer skills and Microsoft Word/Excel proficiency.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
• Professional appearance and telephone manner.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• CPR certification (may be obtained upon hire).
• TB screening (may be obtained upon hire).
• Three work-related professional references (2 from supervisor).

Responsibilities

• Manage Intake Department operations for Recovery Services Division.
• Screen and admit clients in compliance with standards and requirements.
• Maintain documentation in electronic health records and waitlists.
• Oversee staff and coordinate with program staff for admissions.
• Engage in outreach to referral agencies and community resources.
