Job summary

Victory Bay Recovery Center is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to manage the admissions process, assess eligibility, and coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth intake for new clients.

The role requires strong communication, organized workflow, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed to support admissions and referrals.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare or admissions is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the admissions process for new clients.
• Collaborates with Directors to determine eligibility and referrals.
• Maintains communication with referral sources, families, patients, and staff.
• On-Call/After-Hours coverage as required.
