Job summary

Victory Programs in Boston seeks an Interim Intake Coordinator to manage referrals, screenings, and admissions for the Recovery Services Division. You will supervise the Intake team, maintain EHR records, and provide regular reports while coordinating care with referral sources.

This on-site role supports program occupancy across six Recovery Homes, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a focus on client-centered, ethics-driven practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in mental health and/or substance use assessment requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of human services experiences.
• Strong computer skills, including typing; proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
• Professional appearance and telephone manner; strong written/verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Intake Department for the Recovery Services Division; oversee referrals, screenings, and admissions.
• Supervise Intake staff and coordinate day-to-day operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in electronic health records.
• Track intake data and provide weekly or monthly reports.
• Coordinate care with prospective clients and referral sources; ensure clinical appropriateness.
