The Recovery Village in Winter Park, FL is seeking Intake Coordinators / Inside Sales to join our team. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with remote work based on performance and provides a path to management.

Starting pay is $19 per hour with two compensation changes and an annual bonus based on performance. Benefits include lunch catering weekly, PTO, retirement plan with 401K + match, and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict client confidentiality.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a friendly greeting.
• Obtain key information to support first call close.
• Provide program information to prospective clients and families.
• Conduct pre-admission assessments to determine appropriateness for admission.
• Refer clients to appropriate facilities when necessary.
• Coordinate with Admissions Director on admissions conversations.
• Provide information about the facility to visitors or callers.

This position supports one of the trusted behavioral health programs within the Advanced Recovery Systems family. While you may work primarily with a specific facility or brand, you will be part of a larger, growing organization focused on improving patient outcomes, supporting our employees and strengthening the communities we serve.

Intake coordinators provide the initial contact a client has with The Recovery Village unless they have had direct contact with one of the business development representatives. They may conduct brief telephone screenings to determine the nature and extent of the client's presenting issue, and whether The Recovery Village can provide the services the client is requesting.

If applicable to the setting, intake coordinators may be responsible for obtaining insurance information. After an intake assessment is completed, the intake coordinator discusses admission with the Admissions Director. At times the intake coordinators may determine that the agency or organization is not an appropriate match for a client's needs and will refer the client to a more suitable facility.

Core Job Duties

• Maintain strict client confidentiality.
• Responsible for demonstrating a positive image
• Answers the telephone within three (3) rings using an appropriate greeting
• Attempt to obtain key information to impact first call close and connection process
• Effectively connect with the caller to allow them to see you as the expert
• Conducts pre-admission assessments to determine appropriateness for admission.
• Provide program information to prospective clients and families as needed.
• Makes copies/send faxes as needed
• Provides visitors or callers with general and specialized information about the facility
• Conduct telephone conversations in a friendly and professional manner

Other Required Tasks

• Maintains clear communications with supervisors and co-workers
• Follows all policy and procedures of The Recovery Village
• Receives and screens visitors and / or telephone calls, providing general and specialized information about the facility
• Work as a positive team member
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Admissions and Call Center Supervisor
• Participate in staff meetings as needed
• Provide potential business development referrals to the Director of Business Development

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales highly desired, especially Complex Selling.
• Any experience working in Mental Health or Addiction Treatment is very helpful.
