Key Responsibilities of the Interim HR Generalist
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations for a workforce of 300+ employees
  • Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate annual open enrollment activities
  • Handle employee relations matters, investigations, policy interpretation, and performance‑related conversations as the
  • Support workers' compensation, leave administration, onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance activities
  • Maintain HRIS records, generate reports, and partner with executive leadership on HR initiatives and workforce planning

  • 3–5+ years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience
  • Strong background in benefits administration, employee relations, workers' compensation, and leave administration
