Responsabilités

• Screen and intake program participants for Interim Housing services
• Provide referrals and crisis intervention as needed
• Engage with participants to connect them with appropriate program services
• Document and report hospital calls or emergencies to supervisor
• Maintain nightly logs and ensure site supplies for overnight operations
• Attend required meetings and participate in program planning activities
