Astrix Inc. is seeking an Interim Talent Acquisition Director to lead a newly established global TA team in Middlesex County, MA. This 8-month contract role requires a strategic partner to business leaders, HRBPs, and recruiters across regions, ensuring a cohesive, compliant, and efficient talent pipeline.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, vendor management, and the rollout of new recruiting tools, with a hybrid schedule requiring at least three onsite days per week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience leading global or geographically distributed Talent Acquisition teams.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders, executives, hiring managers, and HRBPs.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes across functions and geographies.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting and ATS tools.
• Experience managing recruiting vendors and RPO providers.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, pay transparency, data privacy, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to a newly established global Talent Acquisition team.
• Oversee end-to-end recruiting processes to ensure consistency and a positive candidate experience.
• Manage recruiting operations within Workday and troubleshoot workflows.
• Support rollout of a new recruiting scheduling tool.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to keep priority searches on track.
• Manage relationships with vendors and external recruiting partners.
