This role leads full-cycle recruitment for mid-level, senior-level, leadership, and executive roles across Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Corporate, Human Resources, Finance, and Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in staffing, agency, executive search, RPO, corporate recruiting, or a combination thereof.
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent searches while meeting demanding hiring timelines.
• Strong consultation, influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-level, senior-level, leadership, and executive positions across multiple business units and functional disciplines.
• Identify, attract, assess, and hire highly specialized, niche, and hard-to-fill talent.
• Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
