Schedule: Hybrid, minimum of 3 days onsite per week

Job type: 8-month contract beginning in early October (covering a leave)
Pay rate: $100/hr. - $135/hr.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to a newly established global Talent Acquisition team, including recruiters supporting Corporate/Commercial, Operations/Leadership, APAC, and EU hiring.
- Support the onboarding and integration of two upcoming Talent Acquisition team members.
- Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner to business leaders and HRBPs, providing timely guidance and support on recruiting priorities and challenges.
- Represent Talent Acquisition in leadership meetings and respond effectively to last-minute requests and shifting business needs.
- Oversee global, end-to-end recruiting processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Manage recruiting operations within Workday, including requisition assignments, workflow troubleshooting, and process administration.
- Support the rollout and adoption of a new recruiting scheduling tool.
- Provide hands-on support for complex, senior-level, leadership, and business-critical searches.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to ensure priority searches remain on track and hiring needs are effectively addressed.
- Manage recruiting vendors and RPO relationships, including supporting the transition of selected RPO activities to the internal Talent Acquisition team.
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws, pay transparency requirements, data privacy standards, and internal policies.
- Serve as a steady, practical, and highly responsive leader who can step in wherever needed to keep the Talent Acquisition function running smoothly.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including experience managing or leading recruiting teams.
- Experience leading global or geographically distributed Talent Acquisition teams.
- Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders, executives, hiring managers, and HRBPs.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes across multiple functions and geographies.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting, including requisition management, workflow administration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting complex, senior-level, leadership, and business-critical searches.
- Experience managing recruiting vendors, RPO providers, and external recruiting partners.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting operations, employment laws, pay transparency requirements, data privacy, and compliance.
- Experience maintaining recruiting data integrity and supporting audits and reporting requirements.
- Experience implementing or supporting recruiting technology, including scheduling tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
