Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience.
• CPA highly preferred; strong technical accounting background.
• Leadership or supervisory experience; advanced Excel and ERP skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and month-end close activities.
• Support external audit and reporting requirements.
• Oversee SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Review technical accounting matters and key estimates.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team.
• Assist with process improvements and special projects.
