Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a consumer services firm to fill an Accounting & Reporting Manager role for its Central region in Indianapolis, IN. The position oversees accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical support for sites across the Central IN region.

This is an excellent leadership opportunity to develop teams, improve financial processes, and partner with operational and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• MBA, MHA, or other relevant master's degree preferred.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Prior accounting leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial audiences.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
