Job summary

Lakeside Behavioral Health System is seeking a Social Services Administrator to oversee the outpatient Social Services Department and ensure high-quality care across the continuum of services. The role includes supervision of licensed and non-licensed clinical therapists and collaboration with community resources.

Ideal candidate will have a Master’s in social work or related field, licensure, and 5+ years clinical experience with 2+ years in management. TN licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, clinical counseling, or social services related field required.
• Licensure (TN LCSW, LPC) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience and 2 years of management experience with case management and utilization review.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outpatient Social Services Department operations and quality of service.
• Supervise licensed and non-licensed clinical therapists.
• Develop programs for specialized patient populations in outpatient and continuum of care.
• Coordinate with community resources and relationships with outside agencies, private practitioners, insurers and families.
• Participate in county and regional meetings of public mental health providers.
