Job summary

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field is required; licensure preferred.
• Experience with psychiatric mental health populations, inpatient setting preferred.
• Licensure as TN LCSW/LPC/LP preferred if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for patients on designated units.
• Provide individual, group and family therapy.
• Participate in treatment team planning and discharge planning.
• Perform crisis intervention and case management services.
• Coordinate liaison with referral sources and other hospital departments.
