Job summary
Lakeside Behavioral Health System is a premier behavioral health facility serving the Memphis area. This Therapist role focuses on psychosocial assessments, individual/group/family therapy, and discharge planning with a collaborative treatment team.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology or Social Services related field required, licensure preferred.
- Experience with psychiatric populations, inpatient setting preferred.
- Licensure as TN LCSW, LPC, or LP preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychosocial assessments and case management on a designated unit.
- Deliver individual, group and family therapy.
- Participate in treatment team planning and discharge planning.
- Coordinate crisis intervention and liaison with referral sources.
- Support adults and diverse populations within inpatient and partial hospital settings.
