Job summary

Lakeside Behavioral Health System in Memphis offers an opportunity to join a compassionate, team-first hospital focused on behavioral health and addiction services. The Therapist provides clinical social work services, conducts psychosocial assessments, and delivers individual, group, and family therapy as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Responsibilities include treatment planning, discharge planning and crisis intervention, with liaison to referral sources and hospital departments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology or related field.
• TN LCSW, LPC, or LP licensure preferred.
• Experience with psychiatric inpatient populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments and individual, group, and family therapy.
• Participate in treatment team planning and discharge planning.
• Conduct crisis intervention and liaison with referral sources.
• Coordinate case management across hospital departments.
