Job summary

Lakeside Behavioral Health System in Memphis, TN, seeks a Clinical Program Manager to coordinate patient care and lead program development in a large behavioral health hospital. The role includes admissions, psychosocial assessments, and both individual and group therapies within a comprehensive treatment team.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field and licensure, plus experience with psychiatric inpatient populations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling, or Social Services related field required, licensure required.
• Prior experience with psychiatric mental health populations, inpatient preferred.
• TN LCSW, LPC, LP licensure required.
• Knowledge of management, supervision, patient case management, discharge planning, group leadership, age-specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management, family therapy theory and practice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and care of patients in line with the Lakeside philosophy and objectives.
• Develop programs and business strategy; manage personnel and admissions.
• Perform psychosocial assessments and provide individual, group and family therapy.
• Participate in treatment team planning, discharge planning and case management.
• Conduct utilization review, crisis intervention and liaison with referral sources and other hospital departments.
