Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 5+ years in senior accounting leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead general accounting operations.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Ensure accurate statutory and GAAP financial reporting.
• Direct treasury, banking, cash management, and related operations.
• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance.
• Partner with auditors, regulators, and executive leaders.
• Mentor and develop accounting teams.
• Support continuity during leadership transitions.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Act as strategic advisor while handling critical accounting tasks.
