Job summary

Link Snacks is recruiting a Corporate Controller to lead global accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. The role reports to CAO/Treasurer and guides a twelve-person team, overseeing US GAAP compliance, external audits, and the SAP S4 Hana rollout across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a CPA, 10+ years in financial leadership, and proven ability to manage multinational finance operations with strong communication to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with public accounting experience and CPA designation.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in accounting and reporting.
• Experience with multinational organizations, foreign currencies, and consistent processes.
• Ability to translate strategies into operational objectives and projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and meet deadlines with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global period-end close and consolidation under US GAAP.
• Coordinate with external auditors and supervise audits.
• Work with international teams on statutory audits.
• Develop and maintain internal control documentation and testing.
• Drive automation and process improvement across the finance function.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and corporate accounting policies.
• Provide guidance on SAP S4 Hana implementation and data reporting.
