Job summary

ASC Engineered Solutions is seeking a Vice President and Corporate Controller to lead the global accounting and controllership function from Oak Brook, IL. The role reports to the CFO and directs accounting, external reporting, controls, and finance transformation for scalable growth.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in accounting leadership, strong GAAP expertise, and experience with large audits in manufacturing/distribution environments; CPA is required, MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership.
• Public Company, Private Equity, or large private company experience.
• Experience leading accounting orgs supporting $1B+ revenue.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global accounting and controllership across the enterprise.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and close processes.
• Lead internal controls and governance across functions.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Drive finance transformation and ERP enhancements.
