Go Fractional seeks an Interim Controller to lead the monthly multi-entity close (including year-end) with hands-on review of entries, reconciliations, and schedules. Qualifications

• Experience owning a multi-entity close, intercompany reconciliations, and consolidated reporting.
• Hands-on NetSuite close activities with journal-entry imports and saved searches.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and balance sheet reconciliations across key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly multi-entity close, including the December 2026/year-end close, intercompany reconciliations, consolidation entries and eliminations, and entity-level and consolidated reporting.
• Coordinate the accounting team's close work and review journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules for revenue, payroll, prepaids, fixed assets, leases, and other material accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting schedules for CFO review.
