Versique Executive, Professional, & Interim Recruiting seeks an Interim Compensation Consultant to provide part-time support across compensation analysis, market pricing, modeling, and annual compensation planning. The role partners with HR leadership to support programs, evaluate market data, maintain job architecture, and deliver analytics.

Strong compensation expertise and analytics are essential. The position is hybrid in Eagan, MN, with an hourly rate of $60–$70 DOE.

Qualifications

• Proven compensation experience in an analyst, consultant, or Total Rewards role.
• Strong experience with market pricing, benchmarking, and job evaluation.
• Advanced Excel and compensation modeling skills.
• Experience supporting merit cycles, compensation planning, and salary administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience utilizing compensation survey tools and market data resources (Aon experience preferred).
• Ability to translate compensation data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Experience with BambooHR or similar HR systems is a plus.

The Interim Compensation Consultant will provide part-time support across compensation analysis, market pricing, compensation modeling, and annual compensation planning activities. This role will partner closely with HR leadership to support compensation programs, evaluate market data, maintain job architecture, and drive compensation-related analytics. The ideal consultant brings strong compensation expertise, exceptional analytical capabilities, and experience supporting annual compensation cycles.

Worksite Location: Hybrid – Eagan, MN

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $60-70, DOE
