• Own financial statements and audit readiness. Improve branch-level reporting (P&L by region/branch; enhance balance sheet visibility).
• Manage lender reporting and strengthen banking relationships.
• Partner with leadership on acquisition integration.
• Develop scalable financial processes and internal controls as the platform grows.
