Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead complex advisory engagements for PE-backed portfolio companies. The role blends FP&A, accounting stabilization, and systems transformation, often serving as Interim VP of Finance or Director of FP&A during post-acquisition transitions.

Applicants should have 7+ years in corporate finance/FP&A, solid GAAP knowledge, and hands-on experience with ERP implementations (NetSuite/Intacct) and BI tooling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or financial advisory within PE-backed environments.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and general ledger mechanics; ability to navigate trial balance and resolve bottlenecks.
• Experience leading finance systems transformations, data migrations, or reporting automation (ERP rollouts, BI integrations).
• Advanced financial modeling capabilities in Excel and proficiency in handling large datasets.

Responsabilités

• Act as interim finance leader for PE-backed portfolio companies post-acquisition or carve-out.
• Design driver-based models, rolling 13-week cash forecasts, and annual operating plans (AOP).
• Develop automated executive reporting and KPI dashboards for boards and investors.
• Lead data hygiene and ERP migrations (NetSuite/Intacct) and streamline month-end close.
